Notification on refund and rescheduling service of flights affected by Typhoon Ampil

Dear passengers:

For the convenience of passengers, China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines will provide the following refund and rescheduling services for passengers who cancel their flights on July 21 and 22, 2018 due to the impact of typhoon Ampil.

1） Applicable scope of tickets

        including unused segments departing from or arriving at the affected airports (flights carried by China Eastern Airlines and code-sharing flights of MU* )

 2 )   Applicable Travel Date :

       Ticketing Dates: before July 21, 2018, 18:00 (inclusive )

       Travelling Dates: unused segments affected by Typhoon Ampil on the date from July 21, 2018 (inclusive) to July 22, 2018 (inclusive)

3）Change and Refund Policy

        Passengers can contact China Eastern Airlines customer service hotline 95530 and the direct sales agencies to change flights, or contact the original issuing place to refund the tickets . All unused segments of China Eastern Airlines tickets can be refunded or changed involuntarily under non-carrier reasons.
